Acceptance

By downloading or using Profast, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

The App

Profast provides tools to track intermittent fasting and religious fasting practices. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting regimen.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime via App Store Settings
• No refunds per Apple's policy

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Acceptable Use

Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App. Do not use group features to harass, impersonate, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Deepak Sharma or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without prior written permission.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you have not paid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
